Pilates in Studio (We are a full size Classical and Contemporary Pilates Studio, meaning we teach the authentic way Joseph Pilates ‘prescribed’ to get you the fastest and life changing results in 30 sessions while also offering “SurpriZe” classes which give all of my incredible teachers a chance to sprinkle in their creativity by adding Barre, Aerobatics, Dance, Personal Training, etc. You won’t ever get bored…but you will get addicted!)

Pilates Virtual (Don’t live nearby? No prob! No equipment? No prob! All you need is 6 feet of dedicated space and we got you. Expect a kick ass eye-opening life changing workout every time!)

Rossiter – this is an in-person service (connective tissue is the scaffolding to your entire body, everything is connected. The Rossiter System is over 30 years old and a tried and true natural method to relieve pain and totally shape your body by putting the correct space back in the body. Expect to feel better in the first session! Personal mentorships with Richard Rossiter have provided me with extra insight.)

Advanced Emotional Freedom Techniques Tapping for Manifestation (Western psychology meets eastern medicine to completely rewire your brain in to the goal achieving machine it was designed to be. Expect to receive decades worth of “therapy” in ONE session all while creating what you desire simultaneously – in a new world new age thought leading method.)

Reiki (an attunement as Reiki Master allows me to flow the Universal Life force energy available to all through me to you. A Reiki healing session has been reported to heal lifetimes of karma.)
